A team of specialist head-hunters with more than 40 years combined recruiting experience have joined forces and opened up an office in the North Wales.
Adrian Barrow, Aidan Jones, Dave Antrobus and Paul Stevens, directors of new recruitment firm Recruit4Staff based in Wrexham town centre, want to support the local job market by helping those out of work and employers find the right staff.
Based on Lord Street, Recruit4Staff specialises in both permanent and temporary recruitment and operate in five main market sectors: scientific, manufacturing, engineering, construction and trades.
“Our sound recruitment knowledge comes from the fact the all of us have spent a considerable amount of time in the recruitment industry,” said Aidan.
“We are embracing a number of new and established ways of recruiting, using job boards and social media. Technology is key to everything these days and we’re looking to stay ahead.”

Recruit4Staff prides itself on being corporate members of the recruitment professional body the REC and have joined a recruitment networking organisation called TEAM which allows them to call on the assistance of other recruitment companies when there’s a unique or out of area job that needs filling.
