This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing Recruitment Consultancy. Recruit4staff is an independently owned multi-disciplined Recruitment agency, we are seeking experienced Recruitment Consultants to join an established business with significant potential for further growth.
PREVIOUS RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL!
Recruitment Consultant duties
- Developing existing contracts and converting new clients and business relationships within the Engineering marketplace
- Negotiating and closing business deals
- Communicating job roles to candidates (both verbally and in written form)
- Sourcing, selecting and quality checking candidates
- Issuing contracts, generating and completing all associated paperwork in line with current legislation
The Individual
- A highly motivated individual with a recruitment background
- Can display a sound knowledge of Engineering and/or Manufacturing industry sectors
- An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- PC literate with strong organisational skills
